SOBA UK Meetings & Events
SOBA UK delivers educational meetings focused on improving anaesthesia and perioperative care for people living with obesity. Our meetings bring together clinicians from across the UK to share evidence, practical experience and new ideas, with opportunities for discussion, networking and presentation of new work.
Winter Scientific Meeting
The SOBA UK Winter Scientific Meeting (WSM) is our annual national scientific meeting, usually held in London in early December.
Key Issues
SOBA UK Key Issues meetings cover the A–Z of obesity and bariatric anaesthesia. These are usually held outside London and are sometimes hybrid.
